Since that time he has participated in brokering transactions on both the buy and sell side from $30,000 to $54,000,000. His broad background as a real estate banker/lender, attorney and licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS 379753) means he has the knowledge base you need to list, find, develop or finance your particular property.

Mr. Boettcher was a bank teller while putting himself through college, earning his BBA in Accounting. This led to the well-respected Commercial Credit College at Comerica Bank. After rotations in Small Business and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending, Mr. Boettcher moved back to Michigan National Bank, a predecessor to Bank of America in Michigan. While a Credit Analyst and Lender there, transactions as basic as unsecured lines of credit to developers and as sophisticated as a multi-lender $165,000,000 mall construction and take out loan were either underwritten, approved or negotiated and closed by Mr. Boettcher.

Today, after many years building a network of both bank & non-bank lenders, and, as a pension fund trustee, cultivating private equity investors and lenders, Mr. Boettcher has placed dozens of transactions with new financing, initial funding or subordinated debt.
